We have been writing our own training guides since 1997 and there has always been one constant - writing technical instructions for human beings is difficult. It is difficult because it is too easy to be unclear and confusing. Many people do not like to learn by reading technical material. The biggest advantage offered by classroom, instructor-led training is being able to show and verbalize the current topic. Video tutorials offer a similar benefit.

Think of tickets as a way to "raise your hand" in a classroom.
