A major advantage to the instructor-led classroom experience is having the ability to ask questions, getting help and connecting with the instructor in real-time. A help ticket can't match the quality of that experience, but it does well to come in a close second.

The Help Ticket feature is included with a subscription and can be used as often as you wish. You can even upload report files!
